Q: Can I ask for a sample before I purchase it?

A: Yes, we can send you one sample, but both the sample fee and the shipment fee is on your side.

A: We accept Paypal, Western Union, T/T, and L/C payment.

Q: Where's the port of loading?

A: Port of Loading: Xiamen, China. If you need us to load goods in other seaport, we will try to help, but you may need to pay the extra delivering cost.

A: We can deliver goods by air and by ocean. It depends on customers' requests. Ocean shipment would take much longer time than air shipment to Europe and America. But in Asian countries, ocean shipment would be a good choice with fast delivery and cheaper delivery.

We charge only a few for our design samples, but if you need us to customize samples for you, it’ll cost u from USD100 to USD200 for a single design.

A: Inner box to pack the products, and then an outer carton to contain the inner boxs.
