1, MOQ?
Re: the MOQ can be 1 pcs per design per color. It is not acceptable orders over 200pcs/color;
2. MATERIAL?
Re: we generally source material from Reda, Grande, Luthai, James Fabric and A&C. We also work with some special suppliers for bamboo fabrics and other functional fabrics;
3. WORKMANSHIP?
Re: all works are operated by man hand rather than by machine automatically; so it is rather flexible for small quantity or samples orders or sophisticated designs or very special fits;
4. PAYMENT?
Re:  TT or payment on Alibaba is preferred. Full payment is request for small orders under 200pcs while 50%deposit and 50%balance is request for orders over 200pcs;
5. DELIVERY?
Re: we generally use express service like UPS, DHL OR FEDEX; For big orders, we use DDP BY AIR OR BY SEA which will cover all the tax and duty on your side;
6. DELIVERY TIME?
Re: 7days for no more than 10 pcs, while 25 days for no more than 200pcs;
7. QUALITY GARANTEE AND AFTER-SALE SERVICE?
Re: we have five processes to contral the quality of the shirts. We know how importance the quality to prodct. Regarding refunding policy, for OEM orders, we request complete video or pics to demonstrate the problems and make the refunding upon customers request; for MTM orders, we provide unconditional refunding or re-making once receiving the complaint from the customer as we believe the customers who is decided to take a personalized shirt must be decent people as the vast mijority.
